Happy Thanksgiving!

It is still freezing but not as bad as it was two weeks ago.  Just been windy the last couple days. Well I am getting transferred and going to Longmont, Colorado! My companion is going to Rawlins, Wyoming so we got swept out of our district! I'm leaving tomorrow morning! Everybody in our ward came up to us after we beared our testimonies and asked us where we were going and once my companion said Rawlins everybody said, "dang what did you do?"  Ha!  I guess Rawlins is the coldest part of Wyoming but they are getting apartments! I told people in the ward that I was going to Longmont and they said that I would love it! So excited but it sucks that we are both leaving our ward though! So I don't have any plans for Thanksgiving right now. I heard that my new companion has only been out for four months and that he is also getting transferred to Longmont so we both are going to be new to the area.  This will be interesting! Ha!

It's kind of hard to see but I'm standing on ice that froze over the pond and my companion and I were having a competition on who would walk farther than who without breaking the ice!  It was very fragile and barely held us but I won and nobody fell in! It was scary as the ice cracked a few times and my companion and I both freaked out but it was fun! Lol

Love you,

***Sorry this took a while to update.  It's been an emotional week as it's hard not to have Logan here for the holidays. And then to hear that he is being transferred two days before Thanksgiving it's tough...  Well Wednesday night as we were getting ready to sit down and eat Thanksgiving dinner with the NeVille's side of the family, I received a group text. Crazy! We received this picture and said, "Your sons/brothers helped us with demo at our new house.  I was very impressed with their strong work ethic! We are so blessed to have them in Colorado!"  I can truly testify that prayers are answered no matter how small.

Snow Day!

This is a picture of my zone, the Mission President and his wife, and Elder Baxter from the Quorum of the Seventy and his wife! They are from Scotland!

Tuesday the 25th is transfer day and one of us is probably leaving! So I'm not sure on what we are doing for Thanksgiving.  It's possible we will stay but I'm not sure but we should find out on Saturday if I'm leaving or staying and will find out who my companion is on next Monday!

My week was pretty good but it was a really cold week normally it doesn't get below 20 degrees in Loveland but Wednesday it was 1 degree and at night it was negative 6 degrees!  I guess in Laramie, Wyoming it was  negative 25!  So my companion and I stayed in the whole day until dinner on Wednesday because we are on bikes and it was way too cold! Nate told me it was 37 degrees this morning in Arizona and I said that that is hot! I wish it was that nice up here! I don't know if I would have been wearing a jacket if it was 37 degrees here right now as it would be so nice! This week is suppose to be warmer like in the 30s or 40s so that will be nice! LOL

The highlight of my week was on Thursday night.  This guy who is in his early 40s has diabetes and had a blood clot in his eyes and has to get dialysis! We went over to visit him with the bishop and gave him a blessing as he is temporary blind for right now.  He said that he will get his vision back! The bishop did the blessing and I did the anointing but it was nice visiting with him! His dad was there as well and he takes care of him.  His dad is not a member but he is and hasn't been at Church for a while.

And thank you for all the emails!

I hope you guys are doing well! Stay safe Love you!

Snowing already?! Yikes!

This is a pic of a member’s car in our ward.  They have a Jeep and an Audi.  It’s a nice car but my companion and I are still on bikes.

This week went good. We visited Jack (Vietnam Vet) again and it went better.  We were at his house for 3 hours! We were able to share a quick message with him but not a whole lesson as we are suppose to.  My companion read out of the book, Preach My Gospel, to him and just read a little section about how the gospel blesses families. I was upset because after my companion finished reading it and told him what it was talking about Jack somehow went onto another topic talking about how we all sin.   I thought now I can talk about the atonement with him but I didn't because he talks so much he doesn’t give you a break to let you cut in, it’s a talent and I left mad because I didn't get to share anything with him so we are not sure what we are going to do its really frustrating! Jacks a nice guy but just doesn't let you talk! Other than that though my week was great!  Apparently this is my last week of being trained and that since it’s my last week I become the senior companion so basically we get to do what I want to do like basically I'm training him so that should be neat!  I also heard that we might be getting our iPads this week!

Here's a pic of the Church program from a couple of weeks ago when I had to talk. :)

It’s snowing right now in Loveland. It’s 28 degrees and it doesn’t feel that cold outside and I guess on Wednesday the high is suppose to be 16 degrees and the low is suppose to be 3 so that day will be freezing!  So it looks like I'm getting my beanie at the right time! lol

My companion and I have been arguing because I keep telling him the Eagles are better than the Panthers! He is a Panthers fan so we’re looking forward to hearing who wins! Lol Well I hope you guys are staying safe I keep you guys in my prayers! Happy anniversary Mom and Dad I hope you guys have a fun trip! Love you!

Missionaries riding in a Limo???

My Halloween was not fun at all as we had to be home at 6pm and my companion and I had a trainers meeting the same day from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm so it was a very boring day!

There are three wards here in Loveland.  They are Mariana Butte, Lakeside, and Longview, which is the ward I'm in and Mariana Butte has two sets of missionaries in that ward.

Loveland right now is beautiful! Its pouring right now and there is like a 40% chance that it will snow later today! I didn't have time to shop last week so I don't have pictures yet but I will try today to get batteries for my camera!

Thursday was probably the highlight of my week, we had a district meeting and after that my district and I rented a limo.  We all paid $10 each and it was so fun as we rode in it for two hours! For my companions birthday we went over to our favorite ward family's house and they made him a cake and gave him presents so we celebrated it their which was real nice.  Then we went to Wendy's with other missionaries and I didn't get my companion anything so I just bought him lunch! My Vitamins are good I have been taking them everyday! :) Would it be OK if you could order me a Eagles Beanie and gloves its starting to get chilly and I checked with my companion and he said Beanies are OK for us to wear so will that be OK? (Amazon it is!)

Thank you! I pray for you guys every day love you!
