Yummy! Eggs and oatmeal for breakfast AND dinner...

Kimball, Nebraska is not too bad we have a new investigator and he went to Church! So my patience has grown a lot especially with this ward as no one really tries to feed us.  My companion and I average about 2 to 3 dinners a week! I'm not complaining it happens, my companion and I have been living off eggs and oatmeal hoping for it to last us till the end of the month. It's hard not getting any dinners in this area and I think the reason that is because I'm in Kimball and this is the Sydney ward and so since Kimball is so small we go to the Sydney ward and since we aren't the Sydney Elders no one feels obligated to really feed us so it stinks but I'll live! It's so windy here haha it snowed a couple weeks ago ugh I hate this weather haha!
Well I hope you are doing good love you!

*******We received a call Friday night from Brother Ahlstrom, who was Logan's mission leader in   Longmont, and he said that he was in Queen Creek and wanted to drop off Logan's journal and a letter to us from him.  It was such a nice surprise and so thoughtful of him to bring this to us!

Kimball, Nebraska...

Hey Nebraska is okay. I'm in Kimball and it is so small that my companion and I could knock on every door in one day by walking it is that small! We have to drive an hour to get to the Church which is in Sydney and we share a ward with the Sydney Elders! So the ward is Kimball/Sydney and in Kimball we have 5 active members and 30 less actives! My companion and I don't really get fed in this area but a lot of the members give us eggs so I will probably be living off of that for my dinners! I had a great Easter we spent it with a family who is super cool there names are the Jones and they are a super fun family yesterday they fed us goat loins and it was really good! They are probably my favorite family in the mission who I have met so far!  So right now my area kinda stinks just because I'm pretty much in the middle of nowhere! My ward I'm not so sure right now it doesn't sound that great! I actually live in a mobile home and its actually pretty big! It has 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms and it's not bad! I love my new companion he is awesome and we actually served in Loveland together and he is a great guy!  I would give you my new address but it sounds like it might be safer to send it to the mission office right now I'm good on vitamins though! Love you hope all is well!

Transferring to Nebraska?!

So Saturday night I found out that I was getting transferred to Nebraska which is part of the Cheyenne Wyoming zone! :) I'm kind of sad to leave this area because I love being a part of this ward! I'm actually upset because on Friday my companion and I found 6 potential investigators all in this week and I'm leaving as it is picking up! The two potential investigators actually want to get baptized so it sucks leaving this area! So yesterday being fast Sunday I bore my testimony and thanked the ward for their support and how thankful I was for their efforts to help us find people to teach! In my testimony I shared my personal experience on why I decided to serve a mission and right after that I encourage all the young men and women to serve a mission and I said "serving a mission is the hardest thing I have ever done but the best decision that I have ever made".  I  have grown to love this area and will truly miss it!

So I'm not sure what I'm doing this week but today I'm going to eat the Carolina Reaper again because I want to get this on camera and everyone in my district wants to try it. It's not going to be fun but I need proof that I ate the hottest pepper in the world! :) Here's a pic of  the Carolina Reaper as just a tiny little bite of it will burn your mouth right off!

I miss you and hope all is well love you!
